On August 9th, the signing ceremony for Phase I of the China Resources Calcium-based New Materials Industrial Park in Pingyuan County, Meizhou, was held at the Pingyuan County Government. Wang Hui, Deputy Secretary of the Meizhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, along with Deputy Mayors Jiang Kun and Chen Liang, Jing Shiqing, CEO of China Resources Cement, and Liao Maozhong, Secretary of Pingyuan County Party Committee, attended the event. The signing was conducted by Zhou Xiaoyong, County Magistrate of Pingyuan, and Cheng Shi, General Manager of China Resources Cement Southern China Region, on behalf of both parties.
CEO Jing Shiqing, on behalf of China Resources Cement, express gratitude to the Municipal Party Committee, Municipal Government, County Party Committee and County Government for their trust and support towards the company. He states that China Resources Cement will thoroughly implement the strategic cooperation framework agreement between China Resources Group and Guangdong Province, and actively participate in the development of Eastern Guangdong Region according to the strategic plan. He emphasizes the need for CR Cement to solidly carry out related work such as investment, construction, operation, and market-related works for projects, ensuring that the projects are implemented and effective as soon as possible, and that the company's operational performance and practical actions will serve to support the high quality development of Meizhou. He points out that he look forwards to taking this signing as a new starting point, strengthening communication and coordination, adhering to scientific demonstration, and exploring pragmatic cooperation at a higher level, broader scopes, and wider fields.
