On 21 August, CR Cement and SANY Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as SANY Heavy Industry) signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Changsha. The Senior Vice President of SANY Heavy Industry and the Chairman of the Engineering Vehicle Business Division, Mr. Xiang Ru An and the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the CEO of CR Cement, Mr. Ji Youhong participated in the signing ceremony. The Senior Deputy General Manager of SANY Group and the General Manager of the marketing company of the Engineering Vehicle Business Division, Mr. Chen Jing and the Vice President of CR Cement, Mr. Cai Xiang represented both parties to sign the agreement.
Mr. Xiang Ru An welcomed the arrival of Chairman Ji Youhong and expressed his gratitude towards the immense support from CR Cement to SANY Group. He fully appreciated and affirmed the achievements of reform and development of CR Cement and introduced the current business layout and development situation of SANY Heavy Industry. He mentioned that CR Cement has been ranked fourth in the "Comprehensive Strength Ranking of China Cement Listed Companies" by the China Cement Association, showing that the Company owns a wide business scope, with strong comprehensive strengthen and a complete industrial chain. He said that SANY Group would take this signing as an opportunity to fully leverage its own advantages to provide continuous digital and intelligent solutions to CR Cement, and further carry out all-round cooperation with the Company in other corresponding fields so as to fully realize resources sharing and complementary advantages and jointly commence a new chapter for cooperation with mutual benefits.
Chairman Ji Youhong expressed his sincere gratitude to SANY Group for their support to CR Cement and briefly introduced the business advantages and the situation of reform and development of CR Cement. He mentioned that, according to the strategic plan of "building another China Resources Cement" during the "Fourteenth Five-Year" period, CR Cement would fully leverage the positive synergies between each business, continue to optimize the industrial chain layout and promote the transformation and innovation of the Company. He emphasized that SANY Group is a world-renowned construction machinery manufacturing enterprise with leading advantages in fields such as construction machinery equipment, self-innovation and technology research and development and has a long-standing cooperation with CR Cement.
