On May 13, the agreement signing ceremony for the strategic cooperation in engineered stone between CR Cement and China Resources Land Limited cum the move-in ceremony of "RUN Stone-lab" of Runfeng New Materials Technology Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Runfeng New Materials") were successfully held in 12/F, Block D, China Resources Land Building, Shenzhen. The General Manager Wang Xiangming of CR Group, CEO Li Xin of CR Land, and CEO Ji Youhong of CR Cement attended the signing and move-in ceremony.
On the signing ceremony, CEO Ji Youhong and CEO Li Xin respectively delivered the speech, gave high affirmation for the cooperation and deep coordination of the both parties, and had great hope and expectations on the future of Runfeng New Materials. CEO Ji Youhong pointed out that there were natural synergistic advantages both in the respective businesses of CR Land and CR Cement. The execution of this agreement symbolizes that the collaboration between both parties has been comprehensively upgraded from project level to company level, and is of great significance to the new business development of CR Cement.CEO Li Xin pointed out that this agreement for the strategic cooperation in engineered stone was the both parties' implementation for SBU co-working requirements of CR Group, as well as the classic example for achieving the mutual benefit and cooperation. He expected that the both parties could successfully cooperate, continuously deepen, and achieve the mutual benefit in the future cooperation.
Afterwards, the General Manager Wang Xiangming and CEO Ji Youhong jointly inaugurated the ceremony for Runfeng New Materials. The General Manager Wang Xiangming presented that both CR Cement and CR Land belong to the urban construction and operation business unit of CR Group. He expressed congratulations to the successful signing of the both parties and the official stationed in China Resources Land Building. Meanwhile, the General Manager Wang Xiangming raised three expectations. Firstly, he hoped that CR Cement and CR Land would continuously strengthen the synergy in the future, deeply discuss about the multiple cooperation to achieve win-win. Secondly, he hoped that CR Cement could concentrate on the resources allocation and business development for the future, and persist in the innovative development and attaching importance to the command and control of the resources.
